- 4 people that can come the week before festival for final production.
- Arrive on June 22-June 26, 2024
- Set canopies, string the parking lot, set up handwashing stations, set up performer space, prep Janes, set up 10x10s, Welcome Center, firewood for community fires, hang street signs, love notes, path signs.

Early Arrival (Sisters show up, SSU)
Sisters Show Up
Sisters that are willing to arrive early, help in specific areas for final production: vendor setup, ARC, WOC, Patio, and volunteer over the weekend during the festival. A minimum of 2, 3-hour, shifts are required per SSU. Qualification is based on availability & festival needs. Position is based on the needs of the festival & is subject to change.
Schedule
The 1st shift is based on your arrival time. 2nd shift can be anytime between Friday afternoon-Monday.

Community Festival Shifts
Community shifts are a way for you to be part of this festival. Help keep it running. Learn the value of building connections through community shifts.
Community shifts (3 hour) during the festival in the following areas:
Parking--Check people's confirmation ticket at main gate, direct to RV lane to register at Welcome Center or (cars) to Parking Main Street, direct folks to drop off zones at Bruno Path or Tata Trail, direct folks to general parking. Provide parking pass. Check in for Community shift at Information Station.

Welcome Center--Check in at Information Station before going to parking lot & Welcome Center. check folks' confirmation ticket, provide folks with wrist bands, help folks sign up for Community shifts, direct folks to parking areas & drop off zones. Check in for Community shift at Information Station.
Supervisors: Carmen McDaniel
Gate Security: Check in at Information Station. Post up at Vendor gate and performer gate to monitor performers & vendors that enter. As needed organization & clean up on Sunday shifts. Mostly sitting. Ask their name, verify wristband, verify w/chief if person is allowed in crew area.

Security: Check in at Information Station.
Monitor gates & grounds, protect privacy & safety of festival attendees. 2 people posted at main gate. 1 person posted at Vendor gate, 1 person posted at Performer gate. Alternate rounds throughout the grounds, WALKING in the pines. Use golf cart or Jenny to travel between main gate & vendor gate.

Information Station: Check in at Information Station, check folks in for Community shifts, coordinate shuttles for ARC women, coordinate & update Community shifts (work with Welcome Center & Shuttle Crew), call out for extra volunteers if there are gaps in coverage for work shifts.

Shuttle:
Check in at Information Station. Shuttle women from parking lot to ARC & workshops, back to parking lot. Help load in ARC women. Coordinate with Information Station for ARC shuttle needs.

Grounds:
Check in at Information Station. Collect trash from community kitchens, marketplace, parking lot, RV, showers, performer area, crew kitchen. Move items throughout the grounds as needed. Early shift: escort sanitation trucks to service portable toilets (janes).
Supervisor: Laura Blackmer
Performer Support: check in at Information Station. Protect security at performer gate, protect privacy of performers & crew. Clean performer area as needed.

Womyn of Color Sanctuary: A space for WOC to gather for support & community. WOC only position.
Hostess of Sanctuary: Journee
Patio: A space for the purpose of discussion and education on interrupting racism. Set up WOC space & Patio space. Break down WOC & Patio spaces on Sunday.

Vendor support: Help vendors unload their gear & move to vendor spaces. Help vendors load out.
