The Amazon Resource Center (ARC, formerly known as DART) is for those who have a medical need requiring closer access to electricity. ARC electricity is ONLY for medical equipment. If you are using electricity for your devices, you might be denying electricity to someone with medical equipment. Please be considerate of women that have mobility issues and need electricity for medical equipment and do not register for ARC unless you have a true medical necessity requiring closer access to festival stages and marketplace or a medical condition requiring medical equipment. ARC is entirely volunteer dependent. We expect our sisters will step up and provide the support we need, and we expect those in need of ARC support will alert us to their needs.
Please indicate on your registration form your medical needs, any service animals joining you, and which resources you will need (help setting up, electricity for medical equipment, or diagnosis we should be aware of to improve your festival experience). You MUST register for ARC camping on the ticket form and bring your ARC registration confirmation.
Service animals only, please, no emotional support animals. Please refer to guidelines and rules concerning service animal behavior. Your service animal must be pre-registered with your ticket and leashed at all times. Please have vaccine records available with you. If your service animal misbehaves, toilets improperly, or is disruptive or aggressive you will be asked to leave.
