Good morning, sisters. I just wanted to let you all know that if you have questions or concerns regarding MFR 2017 or MFR 2018, I am available and open to listening and hearing. I have made many mistakes and hurt some feelings, for this I apologize. This has all been a learning curve for me and I appreciate the opportunity to continue to learn and grow. I am continuing to reach out to find the ways to make our festival and myself grow and improve. If you have bitches or concerns, I'm open to hearing. I made lots of mistakes and while I will probably continue to make mistakes because I am human, I hope that the mistakes will grow smaller and won't be the same ones. If you are available and open to talking with me, please email [email protected] or send an instant message. Thanks for all you are and all you doing.

Please meet L2L Planning Committee
The L2L Planning committee is who is responsible for all of the back ground decisions and work that goes into all of the L2L events. They scheme and dream and sweat and create magic in which women come together and create community. The L2L Planning Committee is made up of women that willingly and freely give of their time, love, attention, and work to build community and sisterhood. Ashley Tate is employed full time with the INgham County MCIR (immunization for State of MI) and is responsible for L2L Lounge programming and events. She also is an extremely frugal decorator and can whip any event into a glittery gang busting gorgeous event. "MFR Glitter Goddess" Bethany Adams is the owner and operator of AJ Sock’s. She also coordinates the vendor area, does mail pick up, keeps me on track financially, and helps out wherever she is needed or wanted. Amy Hedrich is employed full time with the Dept of Transportation. She does whatever needs to be done even when she doesn’t want to (thanks for organizing and mapping pussy central. She will be in charge of grounds for MFR 2018. MFR “Unicorn Butch”. Venice Inbody-Brown is employed full time in Quality Control for Bosch. She is one of our “girl Fridays” and does whatever it takes. She is known as the Chainsaw Queen and is a voice of reason when needed. She is running Pussy Central and Information Station for MFR 2018. If you are volunteering (yes you are, please!) for MFR 2018, she will be your go to for assignments and directions. Carmen McDaniel is employed fulltime at Ice Mountain and is working hard to move downstate to be closer to her sisters (#lesbianslovelansing). As everyone knows, Carmen is magical and is known as McDreamy. She ran shuttles at MFR 2017 and will be in charge of Welcome Center for MFR 2018. Monica Murray is owner and operator of Maximo Contracting, a full service contracting, remodel, and electrical service company, fully women owned & operated company. She is co-producer and master mechanic and contractor for MFR 2018. She brings to reality everything we envision. Dawn Smith is employed full time at the local health department as a charge nurse for a pediatric clinic. She is also co-producer of MFR 2018. Thank you, sisters, for all of your hope, dedication, vision, and commitment to make MFR happen so we can all enjoy and savor our Sister-time. |
